At Siren Syncs, we believe in artist-first sync licensing—ensuring you keep control of your music while we secure high-quality sync placements.
🔹 Our Fee Structure
✅ 80/20 Split on Upfront Sync Fees
When we land a sync deal for you, you keep 80% of the upfront sync fee.
Siren Syncs takes a 20% agency fee from the sync fee we negotiate.
✅ You Keep 100% of Backend Royalties
All PRO (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC) and backend sync royalties are yours.
You continue earning when your song airs, streams, or gets rerun.
✅ You Maintain Ownership of Your Music
This is a non-exclusive agreement—meaning you still own your masters and publishing.
You can continue working with other sync agencies or license your music independently.
✅ How Sync Licensing Works With Us
We pitch your music to TV, film, ads, and video game placements.
We negotiate and handle all licensing with clients through our publishing partner, OMC Publishing.
If your track gets placed, we pay you your 80% share after the client pays us.
✅ Re-Title Sync Process (So You Keep Your Rights)
To ensure you keep ownership of your original title, we create a re-titled version for sync use only.
This doesn’t affect your ability to distribute, sell, or license the original version.
🔹 What This Means for You
✔️ More Opportunities – Your music gets in front of music supervisors and decision-makers. ✔️ Fair Pay – You get paid upfront for your work and continue earning long-term. ✔️ Full Ownership – We don’t take your publishing or backend royalties—you stay in control.
🎬💰 Your music. Your earnings. We just help you get in the right rooms.
